Pinterest is a free web and mobile application that operates a photo sharing website. Although it requires registration, users can upload, save, sort and manage images (known as pins) and other media content such as videos though collections known as pinboards. Users can personalise and browse through their own content and others in their feed. Users can organise images into themes through using “Pin it” Button, creating mood boards and interacting with other members through commenting, likes, sharing on other social media platforms and or inviting them to see their images. Pinterest also contains a hamburger menu to better fit the card layout of images, so users can easily see and access each image.
