Lynda is an example of an instructional design that allows users to learn essential skills in business, software, technology and creative skills that users can then apply in real time job projects or school assessments.

Lynda is an online platform website that allows users online learning through skills in business, software, technology and creative fields. Individual users, companies, government and academic organisations are allowed paid subscription, having all access to Lynda.com video libraries and file tutorials. From how to use Photoshop tutorials to how to create a perfect resume, Lynda.com provides users tutorial videos and content files that they can download on their desktop to follow through what the tutorial is doing. This allows users to gain the skills and apply it their personal life. At the end of each tutorial chapter, Lynda also provides recap quizzes users can click on to refresh and intake all the information they just learn in the course. As well as users are able to save their favourite courses to enable them to have access in the future.
